Graduate 313

Who Are We

DCAN is working in partnership with the Jamie and Denise Jacob Family Foundation and Strategic Community Partners to establish a Community Hub model for new programming to support college and career access and success, while amplifying and providing a storefront for current and future DCAN programming.

With an equity-focused approach, the community-led and DCAN-owned Hubs will spread across geographic locations and populations within four quarters of the city to maximize accessibility and use and better align the work of DCAN and its partners.

We have established a Community Advisory Board composed of various thought leaders including students, parents, community based organizations, secondary and post-secondary partners, and developed a three-year launch plan.

We encourage you to watch the video below to learn more, and sign up for updates on our progress.
